Our Tools

We’re happy to provide you with a set of free tools to help you make the right decisions for your business. With them, you’ll get a head start on:

Focusing on getting the right people doing the right things with clear accountabilities and metrics.

Articulating your strategy so you can get everyone aligned and on the same page without spending energy on activities not useful to the business.

Tightening up your execution habits, reducing the time it takes you to manage the business and freeing up more time to work on the business.

Develop concrete plans to increase operating cash flow and achieve higher levels of success.

The Rockefeller Habits are a set of tools and processes in use by over 40,000 mid-market “Gazelles companies” that are intentional about growth.

In 2014, Verne Harnish published the updated version of his original, “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits” with its second update rendition: “Scaling Up.” The content is divided into the Four Decisions™ leaders must get right.  As Certified Gazelles International Coaches we come along side leadership teams to help them implement these proven best practices. We use a device, known as the original One Page Strategic Plan, to help our companies get literally get everybody on the same page. Here are the Four Decisions we help clients work on.

  • Is everyone in your company pulling their own weight?
  • If you had to start all over, would you enthusiastically rehire everyone on your team?
  • Do your people ‘own’ their job?
  • Do they have absolute clarity on what outcomes you’re counting on them for?

  • Can you state your strategy in a sentence?
  • Can your people?
  • Does what you do really matter to your customers?
  • Would they miss you if you went away?
  • Is what you do different enough from your competitors in a way customers recognize?

  • Is there a culture of accountability?
  • Does each and every employee know what is your company’s Number One Priority?
  • Are you collecting and using data to fuel decision-making?
  • Are your people in daily huddles to insure communication flows throughout the organization?
  • Is everyone on the same page?

  • Do you know for certain, how long it takes for a dollar invested in growth to flow back?
  • Do you have consistent sources of cash, ideally generated internally, to fuel the growth of your business?
